What is ATI’s Factory Improvement service?

Our factory improvement services all factories to grow and adapt to changes in our client’s quality and compliance needs. We ensure factories are up to international standards?

After we complete an audit of the factory, we send you the report along with a the Corrective Action Plan (CAP). Our work has only just begun after this initial report, since the purpose of this audit is to improve the supplier’s operations and bring them up to international standards in terms of ethical compliance, safety and environmental management.

Improvement every step of the way

ATI’s factory improvement services have a standard path that needs to be followed. Our focus is on our CAP process which dictates clear timelines and responsibilities. This helps us and the factory to make continuous and incremental improvements. We help the factory implement or CAPs and guidelines. Our customers and the factories have our support throughout the processes. We try to identify specific issues that cause non-compliance and help the factories eliminate them

Support

A dedicated account manager from ATI will be assigned to your project. The account manager will work closely with your in house CSR employees and factory management. During our process we also work closely with owners, management and factory staff in order to improve quality control and compliance. This ensures all improvements remain in place and the factory does not go back to older habits.

Completion

The key to a successful factory improvement is having regular follow ups. We ensure your CSR team and the factory both know what is required of them. Follow-ups are recommended quarterly after initial work is done.
